We ship to US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia without customs fees. If you're in a country mentioned above you may need to pay customs duties and taxes when your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay.

We print and ship all products to order. If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and the damaged print, and we will send you a replacement right away.

We do bespoke sizes and custom sizes to suit wall decor, please get is touch at support@illiee.com. 

Because our items are printed to order, we kindly ask that you choose carefully. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on any custom or personalised prints. For standard library prints, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return.
