What is the difference between an art print and a canvas print?
Art prints are printed on quality paper and are designed to be displayed in a frame. Canvas wall art is printed directly onto canvas and can be supplied rolled, stretched or with a floating frame, depending on the artwork.

What canvas options do you offer?
Our canvas wall art is available in different finishes depending on the design and size:
Rolled Canvas – The artwork is printed on canvas and supplied rolled in a tube, without stretcher bars. This is a good option if you would like to arrange your own stretching or framing locally.
Stretched Canvas – The printed canvas is stretched over a wooden frame and arrives ready to hang.
Floating Frame Canvas – The stretched canvas sits within an outer frame with a visible shadow gap around the artwork, creating a contemporary gallery-style finish.

What is a floating frame canvas?
A floating frame canvas is a stretched canvas displayed inside an outer frame with a narrow gap between the canvas and the frame. This creates the appearance that the artwork is floating within the frame.
Floating frames are available in selected colours and finishes depending on the artwork.
What is the difference between rolled canvas and stretched canvas?
A rolled canvas is supplied without a wooden stretcher frame and is normally shipped in a protective tube. It can then be stretched or framed locally.
A stretched canvas has already been stretched and secured around a wooden frame and arrives ready to display.
Are your canvas prints hand-painted paintings?
No. Our canvas artworks are professionally printed canvas wall art, not original hand-painted paintings.
Some designs have a painterly appearance with visible brushwork, texture or traditional painting effects. These details are part of the printed artwork.
Do art prints come framed?
Framing options vary between products. Some art prints are sold unframed, while selected products may have framing options available.

What sizes are available for art prints and canvas wall art?
Sizes vary according to the proportions and format of each artwork.
Many of our paper art prints are available in popular sizes including A4, A3, A2 and A1, as well as selected standard inch sizes.
Canvas wall art is available in a range of portrait, landscape and square sizes depending on the original artwork.

Can I order a custom-size art print or canvas?
In many cases, yes.
If you need a custom-size art print or canvas wall art that isn't listed, please contact us with the artwork you would like and your required dimensions. We can check whether the design can be produced in that size.
How do I choose the right wall art size for my room?
Consider the width of your wall and any furniture positioned below the artwork.
Large canvas wall art can work well above sofas, beds, sideboards and dining areas, while smaller art prints are suitable for narrower walls, hallways and gallery walls.

Cushion Covers & Home Textiles
What should I know before ordering a cushion or pillow cover?
Please check the individual product listing for the exact cushion cover size, fabric and whether an insert is included.
Our designs are reproduced on fabric, so the finished colours and texture will naturally look different from the same artwork displayed on a screen or printed on paper or canvas.
Do your cushion covers include a cushion insert?
This depends on the individual product. Please check the product description carefully before ordering, as it will state whether you are purchasing a cushion cover only or a cushion with an insert.
Will colours look the same on fabric as they do on screen?
Not exactly. Screens produce colour using light, while physical products reproduce colour using inks, pigments or coloured fibres.
Colours can therefore vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the material being used. A design printed on paper, canvas or fabric may have subtle differences in colour and texture.
Woven Blankets
How are your woven blankets made?
Our woven blankets reproduce the artwork using coloured threads rather than simply printing the image onto the surface.
This creates a decorative textile with its own woven texture and character.
Will a woven blanket look exactly like the digital artwork?
Woven textiles naturally reproduce artwork differently from a digital image or printed poster.
Fine details, edges and colours are interpreted through the woven threads, giving the finished blanket a distinctive textile appearance. Please refer to the product photographs and description when choosing your blanket.
Product Images & Materials
Are the product images photographs of the actual products?
We use a combination of product images and digital mockups to show how our designs may look when displayed in a room or on a particular product.
Mockups are intended to demonstrate the design and presentation. They should not be used as an exact representation of size, colour, texture or scale.
Please refer to the product description and size information for the specifications of the item you are purchasing.
Will the colours of my order exactly match what I see online?
We make every effort to represent colours accurately, but some variation is normal.
Different screens display colours differently, and printing on paper, canvas and fabric or weaving with coloured threads can produce slightly different results.

Are illiee Art products made to order?
Many illiee Art art prints, canvas artworks and home décor products are made to order specifically for each customer.
This allows us to offer a wider selection of designs, sizes and product options without holding large quantities of pre-produced stock.
Do you accept custom orders?
We may be able to help with custom sizes or selected product variations.

Yes. illiee Art welcomes wholesale and trade enquiries for selected art prints, canvas wall art and home décor products.

Do you offer art for hotels, restaurants, cafés and interior design projects?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for hotels, restaurants, cafés, holiday rentals, show homes, offices and interior design projects.
Depending on the project, we may be able to provide multiple artworks, coordinated collections, different sizes and selected framing or canvas options.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship art prints, canvas and home décor internationally?
We ship to a range of international destinations.
Available shipping services and any applicable delivery charges are calculated according to the product and destination and are shown during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because many illiee Art products are made to order, production times vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery information is provided during the ordering process. Production times and shipping times are separate, and occasional carrier or production delays can occur.
How is my artwork packaged for delivery?
Packaging depends on the product.
Rolled prints and canvas may be shipped in protective tubes, while stretched canvas, framed artwork and other home décor products require different protective packaging.
Changes, Damage & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, production can begin soon after your order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of ordering. After production has started, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
Send clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging so we can assess the problem. Where appropriate, a replacement will be arranged in accordance with our shop policy.
Do you accept returns?
Many illiee Art products are made to order specifically for each customer and are therefore subject to our current returns and cancellation terms.
