At IllieeArt, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee means you can shop risk-free, knowing that if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist.
Return Policy:
We offer a risk-free 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us at support@illieeart.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
For a successful return, please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and health/personal care items, are exempt from return.
To process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly ensure that the return package is sent to our studio address in The UK, not to our print houses.
Shipping:
In the event of damaged or incorrect orders, rest assured that we will cover the shipping costs for returning the items. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have the original return shipping cost deducted.
Order Modifications or Cancellation:
Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@illieeart.com immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once your order has entered processing, it cannot be modified.
Refund:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:
We are happy to replace or exchange items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@illieeart.com.
Damaged/Incorrect Order:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or incorrect order, simply take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us with your order number at support@illieeart.com. Upon verifying the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Order Not Received:
If your item has not arrived within 45 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at support@illieeart.com, and we will swiftly assist you.
