When will I receive my order?
We aim to fulfill orders within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
My order hasn't arrived—what should I do?
If your order seems delayed:

Double-check your shipping confirmation for any address errors.

Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding the package.

Ask your neighbors if it was delivered nearby.
Still no luck? Reach out to us at support@illieeart.com with your order number, and we’ll help you sort it out.
Note: If the delivery address provided was incorrect, we’ll be happy to resend your order, but shipping will be at your expense.
How Our Products Are Made
We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner with facilities worldwide. Orders are printed and shipped from the location closest to you to ensure fast, efficient delivery.
Order Issues
I received the wrong or damaged product. What now?
We’re truly sorry. Please email support@illieeart.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Any other relevant details
We’ll get back to you quickly with a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Illieeart does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for:

Incorrect items

Damaged products
Please send photos of the item and the packaging to support@illieeart.com, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsure about sizing, please check the size guide on each product page.
If an item was mislabeled, let us know within a week of receiving it with a photo and order number, and we’ll make it right.
