How do I access my digital download?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link within 1-2 working days. The link to your files will be emailed and accessible through my Dropbox. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder if you don’t see the email.

What will I receive?

You will receive a high-resolution (300 DPI) printable image in JPG or PDF format. download and save the file for printing.

What size can I print my digital download?

You will receive three high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) that can be printed in the following sizes:

File Ratios & Sizes:

  • 3x4 Ratio File: 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 18"x24"

  • 4x5 Ratio File: 4"x5", 8"x10", 16"x20", 40x50cm

  • International Ratio File (ISO): 5"x7", A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm

Where can I print my digital download?

You can print your artwork at home, a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

What if I didn’t receive an email?

If you haven't received your download email, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct.

  • Contact us at [Your Contact Email], and we will resend the file.

I'm having trouble downloading or printing my art. What can I do?

If you experience any issues, don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I print my artwork more than once?

Yes, you can print your artwork multiple times.

Are the prints copyrighted?

Yes, all designs are copyrighted and cannot be used for commercial purposes, resold, or redistributed.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your order or receive a defective file, contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.
